The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its objective by investing the fund’s assets in equity securities that, in the view of the fund’s investment sub-adviser, can produce market returns (i.e., return consistent with U.S. large capitalizations stocks as represented by the S&P 500 Index) with lower volatility (i.e., a lower annual price variance as compared to the S&P 500 on an annual basis) in various market environments.
